This European Inspired extended stay premium location is designed for a maximum of two adults and one child. Other units are available in the building if you have travel companions. (We can make recommendations upon request)
The design is based around conserving ocean breezes and Atlantic views for working professionals.
Quality dining is available within walking distance for larger meals.
Check In (4 p.m. Saturday)
You are required to approve the condition of the unit upon check in. You will have 10 minutes to accept the condition of the unit.
Check Out (11 a.m. Saturday)
Upon leaving, we request you send a confirmation text. We then will inform the cleaning staff to do an audit and facilities clean.
All communication will be through Email and Text. For this reason, you are required to provide both validated methods to stay at this property.
For your convenience, you will receive a daily email with information about the area and amenities.
No Noise or Parties
The building is a residential association. This is a quiet, premium location. Parties are not permitted under any circumstance.
The Condo Association President is a Neighbor. He has been approved to call the police for any/all noise disturbances. If the police are called, you will be immediately and permanently removed. You will be instantly removed and will responsible for all rental fees.
No Smoking
There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the patio.No Pets. There are no pets allowed in the unit.
No Glass
Our child stepped on a broken glass shard in a local AirBnB. The prior tenant did not report it. The cleaning staff did not see it. For this reason, it's best to use plastic drink ware and avoid glass items.
Underground parking is for owners and rental clients only. Guests are not permitted to use the parking facilities.
You will be charged $200 for a lost parking pass.
There are 4 total cameras in the condominium. These are used to ensure cleaning staff time and allow us to control storm doors etc.

The parking and elevator areas are staffed 24x7x365. Their primary duty is monitoring the Elevator, Laundry Area & Parking. They are not permitted to assist with lost keys, parking passes etc.

Keys are required for entering the elevator.
Lost Keys
We can not guarantee service times if you loose your key - you may become locked out (especially overnight and on weekends). You will be billed $100 + locksmith fees for any lost keys.
Caribbean Breeze Door
The Caribbean Culture has most doors and windows open full time (for breezes). We require locking the front steel breeze door. You can get through-ventilation by opening the solid door and patio doors.
Internet access is granted after accepting the room condition (via text) and terms and conditions of our agreement.
For your privacy and working comfort, a workspace has been provided with a blank white wall (for video conferencing) and RJ45 hardwire high speed access. This area will allow you to work early/late without disturbing your resting mate.
Internet access is limited to only registered guests.
There are 5 smart speakers located through the condominium. These will allow you to activate lights, music and the TV.
You are not permitted to alter smart speakers. Disabling any of these devices will also disable TVs, Lights etc.
You will be billed $500 for any tampering or alterations of the Smart Home Setup.
You can choose between various streaming services (Amazon, Vudu, Tubi, Netflix, Youtube, Etc.)
For this reason, there is no cable or broadcast reception.

Onsite Laundry is located in the parking garage. There is a coin exchange. A working space is available to fold and pack your clothes. Being on the ocean is 20 steps away.

The pool is reserved for residents and guests. The security staff can assist with operational times and reservations.
You will be charged for any damages. Additional cleaning is billed at $100/hour.
Cleaning Service
This service is only provided to clean restrooms, floors and change linens. It is your responsibility to maintain all kitchen appliances (including insides of Refrigerators and Microwaves).
Dishes
Dishwashers are not used in the Caribbean. You will be required to wash your own dishes.
Counter Tops
You are required to use cutting boards when cutting anything. Counter tops should be immediately cleaned with a damp rag (not scrub pad).
2 waste receptacles are located near the elevator shaft (in the trash room).
Due to the climate, you are required to your trash daily.
To help maximize space, the cooking accommodations are based around Caribbean climate and cooking style. This includes periodic visits to a bodega or grocery store for perishable items. Many items are best stored dry or canned (legumes, pasta, rice, pineapple, coconut).
Quality restaurants are within walking distance and suggested for evening meals.
Cleanliness and condition of all amenities will be inspected before a return of your damage deposit.
